When I saw this headline, I thought that this phenomenon was caused by global warming. But, according to the article, it's "probably" cycles in the climate.
If this dry weather in Brazil is regular pattern, I wonder why scientists predict the change of water level and warn the people who live stretch of the Amazon or Brazilian government. If they did, some people may be saved their lives.

We cannot change climates what we want, so the dry weather in Brazil must continue for another moths. It means that many people who live in stretch of the Amazon are still in danger. I hope they will find out the solution to solve the transport problems and there will be no more victims of this awful conditions.
